Re: Termination benefits and is it compulsory?

If notice period is 3 months and being employed for 11 yrs can the employer avoid paying termination benefits and only pay 3 months salary in return . Current salary is above 5k. Please advise

In your case like that, I think you should bring the matter up with the Industrial Relations Department. Pay a visit there and discuss the issue with the officer there.
