i would like to ask if a staff salary more than RM2000,

1. and he works on PH or rest day, does company must give OT/ replacement off to the staff?

2. he works on shift basis, if he works on PH or rest day, does company must give OT/ replacement off to the staff?

3. Is there any Act relates to the above mentioned?

Unless those with salary more than RM2000 are manual worker, they are not covered by the Employment Act. So, there is no Act how to deal with your questions in 1 and 2. However, if the company require the staff to work on PH or rest days, the staff should be compensated with OT or replacement holidays even though there is no law. It is only fair.

Working on Sunday.

My staff salary is less RM1500.00

1. He works on monthly basis. He need to work on Sunday for 8 hours. How I need to calculate his salary for working on that day? Does the rate need to be times 2.0?
