Hi, I am from construction company, i wanna know is any different law act for office & site staff on Public Holiday & Annual Leave act?

There could be difference between different positions, mangers may have more leave, sick leave entitlement than a clerk or a general worker.

The employment Act provides minimum benefits to employees like annual leave, sick leave entitlements. Companies can provide their own benefits as long as those benefits arfe not less favaourable than those in the Employment Act. If you have a copy of the Employment Act, those benefits are in Part 12 and we can compare them with those provided by the company.
