Dear Sirs,

Need your advice on below:

Staff who been warded for more than 1.5 months in hospital due to heart disease, discharge date is unknown. Been noted that operation schedule been scheduled somewhere next year.

Doctor was not issued any letter on her health condition is fit or unfit to work, how to employer terminating his services due to health condition?

You cannot terminate his service while he is still in hospital. You may have to wait for the MC from the hospital.

MC was issued till end of Nov 18 and doctor was not issued any letter stated that he is fit or unfit for employment.
As his current situation, he is walking with walk frame and unable to work.
He is fully utilized his Hospitalization and Medical Leave as well as annual leave.

As a Employer, what is the best way to end his employment?
