Hi, anyone knows currently, company has the right to check on the pattern MC (ML falls on before /after weekend or PH) from Jan-Dec'17?

2. If company only gave the certain department retention bonus (separate with the performance bonus as this is to bond the employee's contract) to be not disclosure status. But, my department didn't even receive this type of bonus and don't know this things happened. isn't the right things that my company do this to us?

3. Doctor gave ML for 90 days but my company said that they have not receive any latest directive from government that this is compulsory to give ML for 90- days as a private sector. After that the doctor gave ML starting on Sat but Sat and Sun is rest and off day in my department. but the HR said will have to follow Doctor's ML started on Sat, isn't true?

1. Employer has the right to check things that they think required to be checked.

2. Bonus payments are usually given at the discretion of the company;

3. ML stands for what?

Maternity leave includes weekends and public holidays.
