Do an employer who terminate a part-time employee be liable to any expenses? That part-time employee has work for more than 5 years. 'Part-time' title was due to inability to attend to employer's premise daily, but the worker is the only clerk in the employer's premise and attend to office at least twice or thrice a week, except for emergency cases.
