Hi Mr Siew, My manager is full time staff since Oct 2014 till now. And she's still not confirmed yet. What she can do? since she's working more than 12 months continuously, means she is entitled for at least 8 days annual leave (by law) or 14 days annual leave (as her offer letter)? but now, my boss wants to make her as contract based staff. can be like this? some terms changed, for example her working hours is 9-6pm, Mon-Fri but now she needs to work on Saturday. can this happens? Thanks!
