Hi, I've left my company this month. Prior to my employment as sales, one of my customers in cash term has outstanding with the company. Around RM17k. Now the company is holding everything they can i.e my salary and claims. But the outstanding clearly wasn't my fault. It was other department's miscalculation. Anyone can advise what should I do ? *Edit: The oustanding of RM17k occured in last year July. Shoudn't they deduct/hold my salary when the thing started instead after my resignation ?
