If off day working, how to calculate? can claim for pay or replacement day off ? my working hours is monday to friday 8.30am-5.30pm and saturday is half day, sunday is off day! but now my company say because of short of staff, no choice i as a officer need to work monday to sunday 8.30am-5.30pm and until new staff coming and new staff can manage the job, then i only can start back the normal working hour! all the off day working, only can claim for replacement day off and even want to claim for replacement day off need to waiting the new staff can manage the job, then i only can claim the replacement day off !!! what can i do ??
