1. if I tender resign letter and effective date is 3rd Nov, so my last day should be 3rd jan or 2nd Jan (with 2 months notice)???

2. The bonus policy at my company as below :
All confirmed staff who are on the payroll register as at 31st December
will be eligible to receive the annual bonus .
what is mean by payroll register as at 31st December ??
if my last day is 3rd jan, i still entitle?

How come your resignation notice takes effect on a date so far away, on 3rd Nov?

I not yet tender resign...going to tender.
Plan on 3rd Nov tender.

In that case, I would suggest you get your bonus first before you tender your resignation. They may not pay bonus once they receive your resignation despite what that clause says.
