An employee work at a company 4 more then 10 months, no confirmation as well as no extension of probation. She informed the company about the coming November 2010 is her due delivery would like to apply maternity leave. At the same day evening time going to off work, the Superior call her in to his office and ask her don't need to come to work anymore start from tomorrow and don't even pay for the notice.
Do the company have the right doing so?
