What kind of actions the employer can take?
Can you advise on the course of action as we are expecting one month salary compensation from the employee.
Is the Verbal confirmation valid under labour law?
TQ

Then it is the employer's words against his and it may be difficult to tell who is telling the truth and who is not. It needs proof that's all.
