Hi Siew,

Once of my staff has been work with the compay for one year plus but no confirmation letter issue to her. The staff taken annual leave within a year service. She tendered her resignation last week and giving short notice. To calculate the short notice, the short notice should based on probation period or after confirmation

If there are different notice period for probation and confirmation, then I think it should be based on that on probation.
