Re: False Declaration

Our company recently found out that one staff did not possess a valid Identification Card as confirmed by JPN. He was recruited 4 years ago. Can we terminate his employment as he has given false declaration when he filled up the Job Application Form?

If you think that is a serious, you better hold a domestic inquiry first before you mete out the punishment.
