Re: Non-performed staff

Hi Sir,

i have a case as below:

One of my staff has reached the probation period but his performance is not up to expectation. So the company has decided to extend his probation period for 2 months. and after 2 months, the staff performance is still not up to expectation. this is the 2nd time probation extension issue to the staff.
1) Can the company terminate the staff on the ground that performance not up to expectation after the 2nd issuance of extension probation?
2) What the company can do if the company would like to terminate this staff?
3) What is the procedure that the company will need to take to consult and terminate this staff.

Kindly advice. thanks

There is a saying "NO MAN SHOULD BE CONDEMNED WITHOUT BEING HEARD." They always want to know whether the employer had given him a fair hearing before the dismissal. This is the most important procedure.

you need to have a written taking / advice / his week points and get the staff to sign if he still can't change you need to let him go; no point if you keep him; if a person can;t help his bread and butter company even god can;t help him.

Human need to help it's self only than god will help him.
"what you can give your company and don't ask what the company can give you"
