Further to my posting of yesterday on the same subject, I would like to know if all that's mentioned apply if that Temp Employee earns above RM1,500?
If he is a non manual worker, I don't think so as far as the EA is concerned. However, I think you may still be liable when it comes to EPF and SOCSO.
Yes, yes. We are paying for the SOSO and EPF. We are just unsure if we should be giving out the Medical Leave and Annual Leave. Thank you.
