Re: Overtime

My normal working hours is from 8am-5.30pm, Mon-Fridays. I do overtime every alternate sat & sun where saturday I work for 8 hours and on sunday 4 hours. My sallary is more than 1500.00. Can i ask my employer to reduce my working hours on weekdays since I work weekends. Is it in the Law. My contract says 5 days work per week only.

Thanks, but if the employer don't agree then I have no choice but to continue is that right? Can I complain to labour dept?
