Re: Salary Entitlement - Termination 15/2
We have an employee who still under probation period, termination notice is 1 week / 7 days, and she worked till 20/9/2010, then absent since 21/9/2010 we have sent her a show cause letter to her house address to reply us within the 7 days from the date of the show cause letter. if she not reply, then we will send her a Termination letter 15/2.
a) Do we need to pay her the september 2010 salary plus annual leave (if any)? or
b) we need pay her the september 2010 salary plus annual leave (if any) after minus the 7 days of short notice?
