after confirmation or one year service, annual leave based on pro-rata basis, what happen to my salary that being deducted before? Am I entitled to reimbursement for that?

You are not entitled to any reimbursement. As for annual leave entitlement, the entitlement starts from the time you joined the company and not after confirmation.

What will happen if the contract alread stated that, " you will not be entitled before confirmation " ?

How do we go about this situation if we stil want the job?

Annual leave is not a big issue really. You just continue with the job. You can always complain to the Labour Department in future when you think it is necessary.

You are saying that the entitlement starts from the day we joined the company, but not allowed to claim any reimbursement on salary deducted. What does it mean? What happen to my entitlement on annual leave for the first 12 months of service? Please clarify.

That means you can now start to take your annual leave earned in the first 12 months.

If the employee still under probation ask for unpaid leave for one month due to her pregnancy, must company accept that?
