Re: after resign Annual leave will include Allowances or not ?

Hi , my case is since i had resign in 14Sep, supposed last day is 14 Oct,
but i request deduct 11days annual leave , so 28th Sep will be my last day

I would like to ask , HR said after 29th Sep i will no longer work in this company anymore, so my 11days annual leave will not include allowances, based in basic salary only.

May i know isn't reasonable ?

Why should that be? You may consult the Labour Office.

You are still an employee until 14 Oct. The 11 days is only an annual leave. So u still entitle for those allowances (except for attendant, performance, traveling & petrol allowances). Let say if u r taking the annual leaves on July, this will not effect your allowance except for those allowance mentioned above.
