My company has given an appointment letter to me
- 6 months probation
- working hours- 9-6pm (mon-fri), 9-6pm alternate saturday
including one hr lunch

1. during the interview ,we agreed with 9-6pm ( mon-fri), 9-1pm alter. sat
and 3 month probation

can i reject the offer in the letter and request for the ealier agreement in my appointment letter?

2. now my boss request me to work on alter.sat 9 -6pm and i request 9-1 pm as earlier agreement?

If you do that, you are going to make things very unpleasant for yourself for sure. Actually, there is nothing very wrong with those working hours.

in appoinment letter company lunch hour only 1/2hour. is this lunch hour against the labor law for working hours 8-5? please advise.

1/2 hour lunch is not against LL : refer sec.60A1(a)
