Re: Termination / End of employment during probation
Good day. My previous company terminated my employment during my second month of work whereby I am still under probation. The management / the managing director himself told me that I didn't met the required expectation. But there wasn't any form or method of evaluation for me during my probation. Everything was just verbal and no documentation or letter or warning saying there is a misconduct. So, how should I go about on this matter to gain justification?
