Re: Resignation

I signed the LETTER OF APPOINTMENT on 01 FEB 2010 and start my job on 01 March 2010. The terms and conditions stated in the LETTER OF APPOINTMENT, confirmed staff need to give TWO months notice when i intention to resign.

After 3 month i received the LETTER OF CONFIRMATION OF APPOINTMENT on 01 JUNE 2010, the terms and conditions stated in the LETTER OF CONFIRMATION OF APPOINTMENT said confirmed staff need to give ONE month notice when i intention to resign.

Question: Which contract should i follow when i resign? ONE or TWO month notices should i give?

I tend to think the latest letter should be valid, one month notice.
