Re: replacement public holiday
Our company has substitute 1 january (New Year) and replace with 16 september (Malaysia Day) as company PH. Total PH declared by company is 12 days. Is that acceptable under Employment Act ?
I think your company can do that. Consult the Labour Office if necessary.
16th September 2010 (Malaysia Day) is it a compulsory public holiday ?
