Is it lawful to make salary deductions for lateness/punctuality for employees that are in the managerial & executives level? If not, what kind of disiplinary actions can be taken lawfully?

The company should have a clear policy on dealing with punctuality and the penalties and let all the staff know about it. For disciplinary actions you may refer to Section 14 of the Employment Act
