company can amend the appointment letter (eg: Payment of Salary by Cheque,Lunch Hours. & Leave Application.)?
if go company training can deduct AL?
when we can consider the employee absent?
if employee using sms apply leave company don't approved ok?

I think the company can amend those rules in order to make them clearer. It is important to lay down proper rules and regulations for employees to follow. If you have proper leave application procedure, staff may or may not be allowed to apply for it by sms.

I think it is not right for company to deduct annual leave for company training purposes.

in amend letter may i write as follow:
It will consider as absent, if company did not receive any notification before working hours.

if employee (designer) salary RM1700 and OT from 6pm to 2am the calculation can be this 1700/26/8x1.5x OT hrs ?

when they give a PENGESAHAN KEHADIRAN UNTUK RAWATAN from GH may i deduct it as MC?

our working hour from 8.30am to 6pm and lunch is 1.30pm to 2.30pm total working hours is 8.5 hrs/day and 47hrs/wk its against the law?

our Sat is half day, when they take Leave we can deduct 1day?
if the public holidays falls on Sat, we need to refund them half day salary?

What will happen if he informed before working hours saying "I am not coming to work today"?
2. Since he is not covered by the Employment Act, your calculation may be OK.
3. In my opinion, that Pengesahan is not MC unless he was given sick leave for that day.
4. It is not against the law as the total hours per week did not exceed 48.
5. It depends on your company policy whether to take it as half day or full day. Make it clear to the staff.
6. Do you honestly think you should refund them?

thanks. As you say, so what action should i take?
if company not refund them the half day paid, they can complaint to labour off?
our OT pay paid on 3rd week its ok (list out in appointment letter )?
