The staff is under probation, he/she sick and get and MC from the panel clinic or hospital. can the employer still deduct as unpaid leave.

As far as the Employment Act is concerned, the employer cannot deduct salary for that.

can it be prove, as I didn't find it in EA 60F. If there is a prove than I can bring fwd to the management for amendment.

Surely you cannot find it simply because this is nothing saying an employee under probation is not entitled to paid sick leave. By law, (60F), the employee is entitled to paid sick leave and such leave cannot be unpaid leave.
