Re: Bonus and increment payout when service tender notice?
I am currently servicing my 2 months tender notice, which is effective end of September 2010.
The current company policy on the subject is no payment of increment or bonus shall be made to staff who are servicing his tender notice. Which is by right, the bonus and increment are based on the previous year appraisal.
Is this correct/legal with regards to the labor law?
Hope some response to enlighten me.
