Re: Appointment letter, 24 Hours Notice of Resignation.

Dear Sir

The employer did not issue an appointment letter to me since i started work on Apr 2010. They just let me have a look. Didn't have anything in written till now. Can I resign and give 24 hours notice? Is it illegal to leave by giving 24 hours notice? Or still have to follow the company rules as stated in the appointment letter? My salary is above RM1500.00.

Your quick advise is much appreciated.

You still have to follow the notice period stated in the appointment letter.
