May i know how is the calculation of in lieu of notice to Company?
Basic salary : RM1000
Leave entitlement (pro-rate) : 10 days
Leave taken : 12 days (2 days will be deduct from salary)
Resignation letter dated : 17/8/2010
Notice of termination : 8 weeks
Last day at office should be on 11/10/2010 but employee only work until 26/8/2010. How is the calculation?
