Re: termination

My boss told me he cannot afford me anymore. He asked me to give my resignation but I told him that he should give me a letter to say that he can't afford me. Am I doing the right thing?

Am I entitled for compensation?

Yes, you done it correct.
The company should pay compensation as per terms & condition of the offer letter if she can't afford.

Thank you Yvonne,

I got the letter from my boss today. "Termination Of Employment Contract due to Redundancy". There's no compensation stated. It says that I will have to work here for 1 more month. That is all.

Can I appeal for compensation?
