Re: Medical leave

Employee is entitle to 14day Medical leave per year. This particular employee has his recommend medical leave from Doctor 30days. Should i deduct the rest out of 14days as his annual leave? for example; 30days-14days=16days(annual leave or unpaid leave if he had been utilised all his Annual leave). Please advise.

Under EA : Medical leave

Employee has been employes for :-

* 14 days - less then 2 years

* 18 days - 2 years or more but less then 5 years

* 22 days - 5 years or more
