Recently, one of the company staff has tender the resignation to us. After his first day of employment with the new employer. He decided to join us back. To protect our company interest, can i request the employee to give us 6 months notice of resignation rather then 1 week. just for the short period of time. After the 6months, period of resignation will back to 1 months for those services less that a year.
If can, what title should i put in that clause.
Please advise. Urgent!!
