Re: Probation - no annual leave

Is the employer allow to post the clause in the employment letter 'During probation period, annual leave is not granted'?

I tender my resignation after one year service and without the company confimation and also the company did not express any dissactisfaction, do I need to pay back all the leave that I taken during the year?

But the company want me to payback the leave that I taken as they said I am not confirm yet.

My salary is above RM1500.

Do I entitle the min 8 days annual leave even I am not a confirm staff but completed 1 year service?
