Re: staff position and branch transfer

Does the company need to prepare new appointment letter or just a transfer letter for staff branch transfer and also position (remain old position but add another one) eg. previous position: Frontdesk
New position: Frontdesk cum beautician trainee).
Salary and working hour adjusted, benefits same

A transfer letter with all the new terms and conditions clearly stated will do.
