what if 14days of medical leave has been utilised and the staff still on medical leave- as he's not fit for work?
That will be considered as annual leave or no pay leave.
thx mr siew for the advise, he's actually a new not confirmed staff. How long tht the company can accept he take such no pay leave?
As long as he has mc to support the sick leave.
