Hi Sir,

If the company already issue extension probation of 3 months to a staff, and at the end of the extension probation period, if the company did not take any action to confirm or to layoff the staff, is it counted that the staff is no more the staff or the staff is automatically confirm?

That means that staff is still not confirmed. He can continue working as usual.

if the company have intention not to confirm him, and he is keep working, is that means the employee is terminated gradually or means that he will be automatically confirm?

If you are in charge of HR, help that staff to improve his performance by training him to do that work properly. Who knows one day management may confirm him. Warn him if he does not improve, the company may terminate his service.
