If you are required to work overtime they should pay you overtime.

I'm a foreigner...for almost three years the company didn't pay my over time. I'm working as admin coordinator but working as all around..Secretary, HR, Payroll In-charge, IT, etc. etc..I love my work and I don't want to be demanding. No OT pay no increment since I was employed. Am I on the right track to demand any of it? What would be my basis that I am entitled to claim OT pay. Coz according to them as junior management I'm not entitle to claim OT or PH pay.

Thanks again.

Well, it looks like they are taking advantage of your position as a foreigner. May have to endure since you don't have much bargaining power. At least try to get management to give you the same benefits as given to local workers of your category like salary increase, bonus and so on.

The problem is when I demand anything they give me promises. Actually I want to leave here but they will not give me employment certificate so I give them 1 year of service hope after this they let me go without any hassle.

Thank you so much of your reply. I high appreciate it.

Normal working hours is from 0800 to 1700, if the employee worked from 0800 to 0600 the next day, how much OT do we need to pay him.?
