Re: resignation salary payment

i worked for eight months and decided to resign give notice to resign on the 7th July- last day of work 24th July. Offer letter state under probation to give 2 weeks notice & if cofirmed to give 1 month notice. I did not received any confirmation letter or verbally to confirm me. My boss discuss with me & ask me to stay , I said I can only work up to 31st July.He agreed better . However the lady boss talk to me & said if I work until 31st I can only received my salary in SEpt in cash because she is out of Malaysia -24/7 - 2 sept or if i resign earlier -22 nd July Ican receive my salary but no EPF/socso to pay to me. I said i want EPF & resign on 31th July. She insist me to give her another letter to amend my last day of work. I gave her a fresh letter just to amend my last day of work is 31th July. She later insist me to write that to collect my salay in sept, I rejected . My salary is banked in to my account for all the months. What action can I take. Please advise. Can I ask my boss to pay me advance and I to resign on next tuesday instead until end of July?

Try to resolve the matter in whatever ways you possibly can before you leave without having to resort to legal action which will be more a waste of time, effort and money.
