Re: Under probation
Can we state in appointment letter for under probation staffs to at least
give 2 weeks notice for resignation instead of 1 day. Seems a little unfair to employers who cant terminate in 1 day notice.
Whatever notice period stated in the appointment letter is valid, be it one day, two weeks, one month and so on.
