May i know what is the defination for partimer in Employment Act? Is it the working hours must below 70% from normal working hour?

Shall company contribute for partimer's EPF & Socso?

The term "part time" employee mentioned by you was defined for the purposes of the Employment Act only. This definition is not applicable to EPF and SOCSO. You have to consult EPF and SOCSO respectively whether part time employees are liable to contribute to EPF and SOCSO or not. However to my understanding, part-time employees are liable for EPF and SOCSO as long as they are earning wages.
