Hi, I am in doubt the follows.
My last working is 16 July, but i taken my annual leave from 14-16 July (not offset notice of resignation). Shall i get my pay up to 16 July or 13 July?

If you have that leave entitlement and the leave was approved, you should be paid up to 16 July

if means if i offset notice of resignation by AL & taken AL during resignation period is different case. am i right?
I do think so, you would be using annual leave value to pay for the short notice. I think one should apply to take the balance of leave. If .management were to reject the application, that would be a different story.
