Re: termination during probation period


I understand that during probation period, the company has the right to terminate the employee without 1 month notice if he/she did not perform well.

However, I need to know whether require or not to do a warning letter, show cause letter or DI same like other permanent worker.

You still have to follow the same procedure used for permanent workers.
