Re: quit job during probation


I have one employee under probation period whom was hot temper when supervisor try to teach him on his job. Without saying anything, he went back during working time (morning).

The next following week, he came to submit his resignation letter by accusing different thing. The main purpose of his resignation are due to bad environment in the factory. He always fell sick (chest pain) due to dust. FYI, his position is Welder.

What should I do ? Accept his resignation with the reasons given or claim to him because walk out from factory without informatin.

You have to accept his resignation. You can claim indemnity from him if he has not given any notice for his resignation.
