Re: termination of pregnant staff during her probationary period

if a staff who becomes pregnant during her probationary period is found not performing up to the company's expectation, does the company have the right to terminate this staff? the probationary period is 6 months, extended for another 3 months.

She has the right to complain if she thinks her service was terminated unfairly.
