Re: Extend working hours

Good day to you. My company has extended daily working hours ( to 9 hours per day) in order that we can have Saturdays as non working days? Should the company pay extra to the employee for the extended one hour working? Thank you in advance for your reply.

No need to pay extra as long as the total hours per week does not exceed 48 hours. In your case, the total comes to only 9 x 5 = 45 hours.

Is working hours including break time or not?
I am working from 9-6.30 from Monday to Friday and 4 hours in Saturday?

It does not include lunch break.

Are we forced to work overtime?Some company will issue you a verbal warning worst of all a warning letter.What about Sunday?I mean can't we choose?
