refer to the message posted just now, no idea why it seems can't appear.
As per below, need your advise:

"Please note that by signing this letter of offer, you are deemed to have accepted the appointment offered by the company. Failure to full fill this obligation will render you liable to compensate the Company 14 days salary-in-lieu of notice."

Can as employer to include the above term & condition in Offer Letter?

So, if you have no intention of joining the company, just don't accept the appointment. Anyway, I don't think that condition has any bite.

If you are not interested in the job, just tell them so. Let them do whatever they like. No point going to work there.
