Re: Salary Calculation

I have a staff entered company on 7th June 2010.
Basic salary = RM 800; probation 3 months;
And working hour is Mon - Fri (9.00am - 5.30pm), Sat (9.00am - 12.00pm).

How to calculate salary for her? Is there any formula?

Example: (Basic * work days)/ calendar work days?

Please advice.
Thanks!

Is that means monthly, I have to calculate like tat?
Example: July = 31 days, then July = (800/31) x 27? (example for full working day)

Thanks!

Actually I'm confuse cos I tot Sunday do not need to count in the calculation.
That's mean for Jun = 30 days, I deduct all the sunday.. Full working day is 30-4 = 26 days..

Is that means for every employee that under monthly pay, we still have to count in the Sunday in their salary? How about if there's holiday? We need to count in as well rite?

Use "Sort By Subject" on top of Message Board to look for particular items. That may make it easier to look for particular subject. you want to know.
