Re: withdrawn responsibilities towards subordinates

if a person with a holding title was demoted and withdrawn the responsibilities towards subordinates due to his/her irresponsible and not performed well and has jeopardize the production achievement and continuously for few months. What is the best category should we claim him/her and under what Section ?

I am not sure whether it is wise to demote a person on those vague grounds. If he is not suitable for the job, discuss the problems with him and put him in some position more suitable to his ability. Be guided by Section 14 of the Employment Act.
