Re: Staff under probation

In the offer letter has indicated the Notice of Termination is 3 calendar months. The question is what if the staff who is still under probationary period wish to resign...does he need to give to his employer a 3 months notice as well?

If the required notice period is 3 months then he has to give 3 months notice.

My case is the same. In the offer letter, it is stated that the Notice of Termination is 3 calendar months. But it does not state clearly, whether this applies to confirmed or under probation period employee.
If I wish to resign while still under probationary period, I have to give 3 months notice as well ?
